CONVOCATÓRIA

Nos termos da Lei e do artigo 19º do Regulamento Interno Geral, convoco todos os associados da Associação para a reunião da Assembleia Geral ordinária, que terá lugar nas instalações do Hotel Alfageme, sito na Avenida Bernardo Santareno, n.º 38, (junto ao Hospital) em Santarém, pelas 10 horas do dia 27 de Junho de 2009, com a seguinte

ORDEM DE TRABALHOS:

1. Apreciação, discussão e deliberação sobre o Relatório de Actividades e Contas e respectivo Parecer do Conselho Fiscal, relativo ao ano de 2008;
2. Informações da Direcção;
3. Outros assuntos de interesse.

Nota: Se à hora não houver a presença da maioria absoluta dos sócios efectivos, a Assembleia funcionará em segunda convocatória, meia hora depois com qualquer número de presenças, a mesma ordem de trabalhos e no mesmo local.

SUMMONS

Under the terms of the law and of the article 19th of the General Internal Regulation, I hereby summon all members of the Association for an Ordinary General Meeting (Assembly), which will take place at Hotel Alfageme, located at Avenida Bernardo Santareno, n.º 38, (next to the Hospital) in Santarém, Portugal, at 10 a.m. on 27th June 2009, with the following agenda:

1. Appreciation, discussion and deliberation in respect to the Activities´ Report and Accounts, as well as the Fiscal Counsel regarding the year of 2008;
2. Information from the Board (Management);
3. Other matters of interest.

Remarks: Should there not be enough quorum (votes) for an absolute majority of effective members at the above mentioned time, the Meeting/Assembly will take place 30 minutes later, with whatever number of members (votes) present and with the same Agenda.
