Lembramos que nos termos do n.º 1 do artigo 22.º e n.º 3 do artigo 23.º, ambos do Decreto-Lei n.º 275/93, de 5 de Agosto, os titulares são obrigados a pagar anualmente a prestação periódica até dois meses antes do início do período de exercício do correspondente direito.
O actual índice de Preços no Consumidor publicado pelo Instituto Nacional de Estatística é relativo a Setembro de 2007 e apresenta uma variação média nos últimos 12 meses de 2,4%.
Seguindo o critério das deliberações tomadas em Assembleia-Geral de Sócios realizada no passado dia 10 de Fevereiro de 2007, as prestações periódicas a pagar relativamente ao ano de 2008, deverão ser ajustadas de acordo com a taxa de inflação conhecida do ano anterior, que por tipo de apartamento são as seguintes:
T0 = 215,95€, T1 = 270,00€ e T2 = 359,96€

Maintenance fees for 2008
We reminded that in the terms of n. º 1 of the article 22. º and n.º 3 of the article 23.º, both of the Law n.º 275/93, of August 5, the owners are forced to pay the maintenance fees annually up to two months before the use of their weeks.
The actual Price indexes in the Consumer published by Statistics National Institute is relative to September of 2007 and it presents a medium variation in the last 12 months of 2,4%.
Following the deliberations taken in the General Assembly of the Association’s members accomplished in the past February 10, 2007, the maintenance fees to pay relatively to the year of 2008, should be adjusted in agreement with the tax of known inflation of the previous year, that for each type of apartment, are the following ones:
